Late Check Out time more than 18.00 WITA, will charges full rate

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reservation

All reservation shall be guaranteed by valid credit; VISA, MASTER or AMEX.
The credit card will be charge once the booking has been confirmed.
3% will be applied for bank fee regarding of Credit Card Transaction (Bank Policy)

Payments

For the booking confirmed more than 45 days prior to the check-in date, 50% Deposit payment must be received within 7 days after the booking has been confirmed and the remaining 50% balance must be received not less than 21 days before the scheduled check-in date.
For the booking confirmed less than 21 days prior the check-in date, the full payment is required to be paid immediately
If the required deposit payment is not received within the 7 working day period, the management of Villa Tangga reserves the right to void the Guest’s booking request.

Cancellation & Show Policy
If a Confirmed Booking is cancelled by the Guest at any time, the Guest must pay a cancellation charge as follows :

if a Guest cancels more than 45 days prior to the check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 25% of the total rental amount.
if a Guest cancels between 20 - 45 days prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the total rental amount.
if a Guest cancels between 0 - 19 days prior to check-in date, the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total rental amount (No refundable)
